As the industrial requirements change rapidly due to drastic evolution of technology, necessity quickly investigating potential system alternatives towards a more efficient manufacturing design arises intensely than ever. Production simulation has proven be powerful tool for designing and evaluating its low cost, quick analysis, risk meaningful insight that it may provide, improving understanding influence each component. In this research work, evaluation real using Discrete Event Simulation (DES), based on data obtained from copper industry is presented. The current production modelled, are analyzed connected. impact identification individual parameters response accomplished selection proper configurations near-optimum outcome. Further that, different scenarios Design Experiments (DOE) studied optimization production, under predefined product analogies.
